DigitCodemy is an IITian-founded engineering technology training initiative. We work with engineering and diploma institutions to deliver industry-oriented training, hands-on industrial projects, Faculty Development Programmes, and structured finishing-school programmes in Semiconductor and VLSI Design, Automotive Embedded Systems, IoT, and Edge AI.

Our training is guided by IITians and experienced industry experts, so the learning reflects how engineering work is actually done. We design each collaboration around the institution's curriculum and the people teaching and learning within it.

We aim to strengthen industry–academia connections through curriculum-aligned skill development and application-driven learning. Industry-oriented projects and customised training programmes let students apply classroom concepts to realistic engineering problems.

Each programme is shaped with the institution so that it complements existing coursework rather than replacing it.

Our initiatives are designed to enhance institutions' technical training capabilities and to build faculty knowledge of emerging technologies, so the expertise stays within the institution long after a programme ends.

Department heads and academic leaders are invited to discuss a training collaboration suited to their curriculum.
